Q:     My bf went to jail 3 yrs ago for driving on a suspended license from an 80 day sentence and he was caught again what will happen now?  He has 2 prior driving suspended unknowingly before DUI now the ticket he has says third degree felony what is going to happen?

Don't take this the wrong way but your "bf" is the poster child for DWLS sentencing. I will not be at all surprised if the judge hammers him if for no other reason than to send a message to the community that such utter disregard for the law, the court, the criminal justice system and even for himself cannot be tolerated.

My advise: Get a hold of an experienced Ocala area criminal defense lawyer and hire her/ him ASAP. Maybe, maybe, a connected lawyer can minimize his exposure.
