Woman admits to Smuggling 6 oz. package of Cocaine in her Vagina on JetBlue Flight from Jamaica to Ft. Lauderdale ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet 26 y/o Kathy Ann Ferguson.  Yes, that's her below:


I don't know how or why US Border Patrol / Customs / ICE chose to subject her to a security search upon her return to Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Airport upon a Jet Blue airplane from Montego Bay, Jamaica this past Sunday, but even more inexplicable to me is why Kathy would admit to having cocaine crammed into her vagina, much less proceed to voluntarily remove a 6 oz package thereto from and tender it to law enforcement.

Memo to the Folks:  Do not be a drug mule.  It is dangerous, in terms of both life and liberty.  But, if you insist on being a courier (over my sage advise), then don't panic and fess up at the first sign of trouble.   Instead, just...




If you are caught with cocaine (or other contraband) inside of your person then you are in trouble no matter what, so you may as well make the cops work for it.  
Force the cops to get a warrant, to run their alleged PC by a neutral and detached magistrate and thereby at least give your criminal defense lawyer something to work with (other than "I didn't consent" and "the cops are lying").
