WI Cop Lets Speeding College Student go with a Warning... after Properly Tying his Necktie before a Big Presentation ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Officer Martin Folczyk of Wisconsin's Menomonie Police Department takes "to serve and protect" to a whole new level...

Officer Folczyk  pulled over an unnamed University of Wisconsin-Stout student for speeding and ended up helping the student to tie his necktie.

When initial contact was made Officer Folczyk told the student that he had been stopped for speeding.  A discussion ensured where the student explained to the officer that he was hoping to get his friend to help him tie his necktie for an important school presentation.  "I have to get a tie tied.  I have a presentation and I thought my buddy was home...and I’m running behind." said the student.  Officer Folczyk replies: "Where's your tie?", prompting the student to takes a purple tie out of his backpack. Officer Folczyk then put the tie around his own neck and stated: "While I do this, why don't you grab your proof of insurance and your driver's license quick."

Officer Folczyk tied the tie and then handed the tie over to the student.

Telling the student that the tie should be adjustable Officer Folczyk then says: "Probably not the best knot, but it'll work."

The student thanked Officer Folczyk adding: "A lot better than I was gonna do, that's for sure."

The pair then went over the student's insurance before Officer Folczyk eyeballed his handiwork and decided to fix the tie up just a little more, joking that its "Kind of hard with all this crap on" as he tries to knot the tie over his uniform.

Officer Folczyk then handed the tie back to the student, worrying once again that it still may be too long, but the student reassures him that no one will be able to tell with is jacket on.  "Alright man, slow down!" Officer Folczyk says, leaving the student with a warning and a professional look before his presentation.

The video (which you can see by clicking here) was recorded on Officer Folczyk's squad car's dashboard camera and was released on the Menomonie Police Department's Facebook page (which you can view by clicking here) on Monday, December 19th, 2016, has since going viral and, as of the time of this blog post it has racked up 617,000 views, 6,600 shares and 470 comments.

After viewing the footage, and in the best spirit of positive police citizen relations, Menomonie Police Chief Eric Atkinson reportedly invited the student back to the station so he could formally teach him how to knot his own necktie.

CO Landlord enters Apartment w/ another Man, has Oral and Anal Sex on the Lessee's Bed & uses Wife's Wedding Dress as a Towel ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet Logan Pierce and his wife who, until recently, were tenants at the Skyway Condominiums in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The couple had rented a unit at the complex which they outfitted with a 4 surveillance camera "Nest" security system.

While at both he and his wife were at work Logan received an alert on his phone that there was unusual activity in his home, prompting Logan to check the surveillance feed on his camera and what he saw was incredible.  Per Logan:  "I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and it was strange because both of us work all day everyday. I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn't really believe what I saw."  But when Logan reopened it for a second time he realized that has was watching footage of his landlord having sex with another man on his and his wife's bed.

"I guess the first thing that went through my mind was like complete and utter disbelief", but Logan quickly became a believer, first calling his wife to tell her that they need to move and explaining what had happened and then calling the Colorado Springs Police Department to report the incident.  And when the police viewed the video (which you can watch by clicking here and which reportedly showed two men entering the apartment, each immediately removing their pants, climbing atop the couples' bed, engaging in about 6 minutes of oral and anal sex, and culminating in the landlord grabbing a dress from a laundry pile and using it as a post-sex clean-up ray for his genitals) they secured an arrest warrant for Carlos Quijada (the landlord) for felony trespass and misdemeanor obscenity charges.

Logan and his wife had reportedly rented the $1,100.00 per month apartment in July, 2016 after responding to a Craig's List ad, but they vacated the unit after discovering that their landlord had used it as a hook-up spot.

The couples' lease reportedly gives the landlord the right to enter the apartment, but not to have sex with his partner on the lessee's bed (which is both twisted and also considered "felony trespassing")  Per Lieutenant Howard Black of the Colorado Springs Police Department: "Landlords don't have the ability to go into tenant apartments and do whatever they want to do."

Per Logan:  "It was like a total violation of privacy. Just to have somebody to come in unannounced is enough, but then go forth with sleeping with somebody on your bed while you're not there. It was scary".  And, adding insult to injury, Logan's wife noticed that Quijada (the landlord) had used her wedding dress to clean himself up after the dastardly deed.  "To see how upset she immediately got because she was the one that realized that's what that was and they just threw it back and now that's gone because the authorities took it for DNA evidence."

Memo to the Folks:  As this story aptly demonstrates, surveillance can either work for you or against you.   Either way, watch yourself, because you never know who else may be watching you.

Epic Mug Shot! Deputy Permits Man Remanded into Custody by Judge to keep his Pet McCaw until a Friend is able to come get the Parrot ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

This is one of the most epic mug shots of all time...

Taken at the Washington County Jail on Monday, November 28, 2016 the mug shot shows 38 y/o Craig Buckner and his 4 y/o Macaw Parrot aptly named "Bird".

And in the pic above you can see the back of the head of Washington County Court Security Deputy Shoana McKelvey, a most compassionate law enforcement officer who went well out of her way for both Craig and Bird.

Craig had to appear in Court and, expecting to be in and out, he both brought Bird with him and Bird, who is apparently very well trained, was left in a tree outside of the courthouse.   But Craig was unexpectedly remanded into custody by his Judge and, naturally, he expressed his concern for Bird, prompting Deputy McKelvey to go outside and try to get Bird to come in with her.

But to Bird Deputy McKelvey may as well have been a cat, because after several failed attempts she made the call to bring Craig outside to secure his feathered friend, and that's what he did.  During the booking process (photos were reportedly taken of Craig both with and without Bird) Deputy McKelvey fed Bird peanuts and water and after several attempts she was able to locate a friend of Craig who was able to show up and take Bird home while Craig went to the pokey.

Even though he is now famously in a mug shot, fortunately, Bird did nothing wrong. Still, it is unknown whether or not Bird is in a cage of his own, just like his human.

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks unsuspecting Cops receive complimentary Mustard in their Soda's at a Kansas McDonalds ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

On Black Friday (November 25th, 2016) in the drive thru at the McDonald's at 2001 Northwest Topeka Boulevard in Topeka, Kansas, an unnamed Topeka Police Officer ordered, among other things, a Dr. Pepper.

But when he took a sip from the cup he thought the drink tasted funny, and when he lifted the lid he found what proved to be yellow mustard mixed in with the soda.

The employee responsible for the cruel prank, who is also unnamed, is likely looking at criminal charges and was definitely fired.

On Sunday, November 27th, 2018 a photo of the contaminated beverage was shared on the pro-law enforcement Facebook page titled Kansas GOING Blue (which you can see by clicking here), along with a caption which accompanied the image decrying the unpalatable mustard stunt as being "extremely unacceptable."  As of Tuesday, November 29th, 2016, the Facebook post has been shared more than 4,000 times.

After the Topeka Police Department complained about the treatment of the officer, Tom Dobski, the owner of the Topeka Boulevard McDonald’s franchise, announced that the company had immediately launched an internal investigation which resulted in the termination of the worker who served up the foul concoction.  Tom and Marilyn Dobski, who own eight McDonald’s eateries in the area, reportedly said that they were "shocked by the isolated actions of a single employee" and that "[a]ll customers, including local law enforcement officers who protect and serve our communities, are always welcome at our restaurants,". They added "We proudly support police officers and all divisions of first responders at our restaurants across northeast Kansas."

Just two weeks earlier, and from the same McDonalds drive thru, a Kansas Highway Patrol Officer also found mustard inside of his drink.   These two events have reportedly prompted the Shawnee County District Attorney's Office to open a criminal investigation into the incidents.  Given the fact that the employee who served the Topeka officer was already identified and fired I expect that the investigation should not take too much time or resources... but then again, you never know.
