Man Wearing Bikini Thong and Covered in Vasoline is Arrested for Autoerotic Driving while his License was Revoked in 1985 ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 54 y/o John Wayne Kellerman of Enid, Oklahoma.  That's him below...

John was arrested on October 23rd, 2017 after Garfield County Deputy Sheriff Darryl Beebe had stopped him for speeding.

No, John was not arrested for speeding; he was arrested because he was driving with no license - a routine check having revealed that John's license was revoked more than 30 years before and had not been valid since 1985.

So why is this story newsworthy?  Well, that's because when Deputy Darryl Beebe approached John's car he noticed that John was "a nearly naked white male driver"  wearing nothing more than “a bikini thong covering his genitals” and that he appeared to have Vaseline “covering his hands, upper and lower body parts”.

Deputy Beebe reported that John was “extremely nervous in a manner that his hands were shaking and his voice was trembling”, that he had observed an “opened jar of Vaseline that was nearly empty” and a “pornographic magazine in the passenger seat.”  But the icing came when John reportedly handed Deputy Beebe a Vaseline-streaked ID card as a means of identification, along with reportedly offering the Deputy "a rag to wipe the Vaseline off of the ID card.” Deputy Beebe, however, “refused Kellerman’s ‘semen rag’ and returned to his patrol car”.  When asked if he had been masturbating while driving, John reportedly copped to autoeroticism.

John was arrested for driving with a revoked license and was also issued a speeding ticket.

Memo to the Folks:  Although this case does not involve violence (except, perhaps, to John's er, um John) it is a prime example of why law enforcement is particularly alert during traffic stops.  They simply never know what they will encounter.  Drugs, weapons, autoeroticism... the possibilities are endless.  Knowing, and respecting this when you are stopped is likely to make your roadside experience more pleasant.  For more on this please see #HaberPA's VideoFAQ # 17: "Roadside Behavior How to Deal with Police Officers" by clicking on the video link below.

Cops take to Social Media / Twitter to ID Man caught on Surveillance Video Stealing Property from Traffic Fatality Crime Scene ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

On Sunday, October 15, 2017 at about 9:00 pm, while an unidentified pedestrian was crossing South Semoran Boulevard in Orlando he was struck so hard by a vehicle that was traveling northbound that his possessions went flying and he started dying.

There is no known video of the traffic fatality but there is surveillance footage (which you can watch by clicking here) of another vehicle coming to a stop in the middle of the street, a man exiting that vehicle and, according to the Orlando Police Department, "stealing" the unfortunate pedestrian's belongings.

According to the OPD: "As pedestrian struck on Semoran 10/15 @ 9pm lay in the road and dies, this man [emphasis added] stole his belongings."

The OPD would also say that the impact of the crash caused the deceased man's belongings "to be catapulted off his body and onto the sidewalk", and surveillance footage, which was taken from a nearby store, shows, among other more incriminiationg  things, a car driving before coming to a halt in the middle of traffic near the incident.

The video shows the man getting out of his vehicle, walking over to the sidewalk and grabbing something (which the OPD believes to have been either the victim's wallet or cell phone) that was lying on the pavement.

The video shows the man getting back into his car and the vehicle driving off as the victim lay dying nearby.  OPD maintains that this man did not call 911 and, naturally police are looking to ID this callous individual, stating:  "We believe this was a horrific act, and it made it difficult for detectives to immediately identify the victim, who died at the scene."

Memo to the Folks:  This is one of those stories that just, well... a picture is worth a thousand words...

Memo to the Folks continued:  As of the time of preparing this blog post, upon information and belief this man is still unidentified.  If you have any idea who he is then please, pretty please Call CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS.

Memo to the Guy in the Video:  I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt and believe that you had some intelligible reason to stop in the middle of the roadway, exit your vehicle, retrieve some treasure and that during the course of these events you somehow failed to notice either the pedestrian as he was struck or the fact that there happened to be a dying human being lying nearby... but, apparently just as it is for the OPD, that's a hard pill for me to swallow.

Memo to the Guy in the Video continued:  So, not withstanding the "why" of things, you have a chance at redemption.  Call a lawyer, hire her/him and let a skilled and trained professional help you to help yourself.  Let me be clear:  The cops have your picture, they have the make and model of the car that you were in, they have plastered it all over social media, it has been disseminated and a BOLO has been issued... it's only a matter of time before you are identified, located and compelled to attend what promises to be a most unpleasant Q&A at the OPD.  There is no way to go back in time and erase facts (most especially facts that are captured on crispy clear video) but there is a way to protect you... and that starts and ends with a criminal defense lawyer who is 100% serving your interests by orchestrating the inevitable to happen on offense (your terms) as opposed to it occurring in the natural course of events, on defense (cop's terms).

Final Memo to the Folks:  Free Legal Advise... Always assume that Big Brother is watching.

Naked Instagram Model Brissa Dominguez "Rat Tails" a Cop who offered her a Towel, turning Trespass into a Felony Arrest ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 25 y/o Instagram model Brissa Dominguez.  That's her below.  You can check out her 466 modeling shots and / or become one of her 83,800 Instagram followers by clicking here...

On Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at approximately 4:30 am Clearwater Police Officers were dispatched to the Edge Hotel, a three-star waterfront property, after a manager had called to complain about a naked woman causing a disturbance and refusing to leave.

Responding Clearwater Police Officer Richard Edmonds reportedly found the voluptuous brunette underwear model sashaying about in her birthday suit and so he handed her a towel to cover up.  For his chivalry Brissa is alleged to have used the towel to strike Officer Edmonds in the face "by swinging it in a whipping motion" (like the "rat's tail" that we make and use against one another as kids... noting that none of us were police officer's engaged in the performance of our lawful duties...).

Officer Edmonds called for backup officers who arrived and helped him to subdue the feisty 5'4" 130 lb model who was placed under arrest for trespass after warning.  However, Brissa wasn't done, as while handcuffed, she allegedly attempted to bite and spit on, and ultimately managed to kick another officer (J. Leeman) as well as kicking Sgt. Furman and "mule kicking" the chivalrous Officer Edmonds, earning her a couple of felony counts of resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.

There is no report of either drugs or alcohol being a factor in Brissa's behavior and since her mug shot is not readily accessible I have taken the liberty of using one of her Instagram pics instead.

Memo to the Folks:  Recognizing that there is a time and a place for everything, personally I am in favor of naked bikini models, and that holds true pretty much anywhere and pretty much anytime.  I do not, however, promote violence against anyone, and most especially law enforcement officers.  I know that Brissa is a Latina, and traditionally they have fiery tempers, but I have to - I want to - believe that she was hopped up on something, otherwise I cannot make sense of her behavior.

Memo to Brissa Dominguez:  When Zoe said "... I think the quality that so many Latinas possess is strength" I do not think that she meant for you to test your physical prowess against 3 cops.

FL Woman is Arrested for Misdemeanor Battery after throwing a "cup full of hot nacho cheese" sauce on a 7-11 Clerk ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 31 y/o Stephanie Hicks of Melbourne, FL.  That's her mug shot below...

Stephanie was arrested for misdemeanor battery at approximately 1:00 am on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at a local 7-11 convenience store for throwing a "cup full of hot nacho cheese" (and a sandwich) at store clerk Ann Marie Laflamme after a dispute about service.

According to the Melbourne Police Department's Probable Cause Affidavit police arrived at the scene to find Stephanie standing in the front doorway of the store and Ann Marie inside with "yellow nacho cheese on her hands, her foot, and on the floor behind the register."

Although they disagree as to the precise events leading up to the incident (Stephanie claimed that Ann Marie "started to have an attitude with her" while Ann Marie claimed that "she would appreciate it if Hicks did not open the machine"), both women reportedly agree as to the basic facts leading up to the arrest, and, more importantly the video surveillance confirmed the crime.  In a nutshell Stephanie wanted a cup of nacho cheese to go along with her sandwich and when she opened up the cheese dispenser things went south, fast.

Whether it was done rudely or in a polite matter Ann Marie ultimately refused to ring Stephanie up at the register and the video showed "Hicks throwing the items across the counter and in the immediate direction of Laflamme".

While awaiting police arrival on scene Stephanie reportedly told Ann Marie that "the customer is always right."

Well apparently Stephanie was wrong on multiple fronts, as she was arrested for misdemeanor battery and spent the night in a local jail for "willfully and intentionally throwing hot cheese and a sandwich at Laflamme with the intent to cause her harm".
