TX Cop is Arrested after Quid Pro Quo with Female Driver that left her Shoeless, Pantiless and Ticketless ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet 26 y/o Patrick Quinn, Cypress-Fairbanks, Texas School District Cop, who is foot, er neck deep in trouble.... (yeah, that's his mugshot below):




Pat was himself arrested and charged with 2 counts of "official oppression" for his twisted part in a traffic stop gone south.  

In this case, on August 11, 2014 Pat stopped a vehicle driven by a woman who allegedly had expired insurance.  This "stop basis" is a tough sell, but maybe Pat ran the tag, found an insurance violation or insurance related DL suspension for the registered driver, then pulled up a driver photo and matched the pic to the female in question, or maybe not.  Regardless, upon making contact Pat claims to have smelled marijuana in the vehicle, proceeded to conduct a warrantless search, discovered drug paraphernalia and then gave the driver a choice:  Either get arrested or she could avoid arrest if she chose to satisfy his foot fetish by allowing the cop to smell and lick her feet.  


Being an easy decision (jail vs letting some twisted cop sniff and lick her lower paws) the driver removed her footwear, but then Pat gave her another choice:  Forego the foot action in exchange for removing and giving him her panties.  Again being a no-brainer, the female driver wiggled out of her undies, but, for reasons unknown, Pat thought better of it, leaving the woman barefooted and with panties in hand, albeit ticketless.  

The woman filed an internal affairs complaint which led to Pat's administrative leave from his law enforcement responsibility, arrest and charges.  Cops suspect that this was not Pat's first rodeo, and that there are other of his victims out there.
