Man Arrested for Public Intox gets Firearm Charge after a Stolen Gun "falls" from his Ass during Search Incident to Jail Booking ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 23 y/o Jesse O'Neal Roberts of Elkmont, Alabama.  That's him below...

And here is Jessie's mugshot...

And here is the gun (well not THE gun but the same make and model) that fell out of Jessie's ass when he was booked into jail on public intoxication and receiving stolen property charges...

The arrest occurred after Limestone County resident called police to advise that he had found Jessie prowling around inside of his garage and was holding Jessie there at gunpoint.

When until police arrived they determined that Jessie was intoxicated and they took him to the Limestone County Jail.   During a search Jessie reportedly doubled over and corrections feared the worst... little did they know that Jessie was about to give anal birth to a handgun...

Authorities reportedly saw something come out of Jessie's rectum and then bulge in his drawers.  A corrections reportedly stated that:  "I immediately considered that he defecated on himself" that the defecation looked like something more deadly, to wit: the "familiar shape in the form of a pistol in [Jessie's] boxers."

The gun, determined to have been a stolen Jimenez .380 caliber pistol, was secured and it compounded Jessie's problems as he picked up additional charges for "promoting prison contraband" and carry a concealed weapon without a permit.

Police reportedly stated that they have seen this type of concealment"' before. In fact, according to Sheriff Mike Blakely:  "It happens" (although I think that he may have meant "[sh]it happens"...).

Epic Parenting FAIL! TN Couple are Arrested in Police Sting Op after they Try Sell their 5-month-old baby on Craig's List for $3k ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 37 y/o Deanna Lynn Greer and 26 y/o John David Cain, a couple (of _________s - fill-in-the-blank) from Greene County, Tennessee.  That's their mug shots below...

This lovely couple took out a Craig's List ad....

to sell their 5-month-old baby...

for $3,000.00.

Police were reportedly tipped off about the ad / sale after another couple had noticed the listing and called cops.  Officers reportedly had initially assumed the ad was some sort of a fraud or sick joke but, once they initiated an undercover sting op with local and state police supported by the FBI they quickly discovered that the couple were in fact being sincere in their attempts to sell their infant child.

And so an undercover officer made contact with the couple and agreed to a location for the sale and transfer.

Per Sheriff Pat Kankins of Green County, TN:  "They were wanting to sell their five month old baby for $3,000.  The people walked up to them pushing a baby carriage and had a baby in it, a five-month-old little boy, and sold it to the undercover agent. We were anticipating more of a scam or someone was fixing to rob someone. Putting the value of life of just $3,000 on a baby it’s as shocking news to you as it is to me, it’s just unbelievable."  But it is far from the first time that this has happened...

Because no "sale" ever occurred Deanna and John were not charged with any sort of human trafficking charge but they were both arrested for aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect or endangerment and, presumably due to the henious nature of their act, they are reportedly being held in jail on a bail bond of $150,000.   Memo to Deanna Lynn Greer and John David Cain:

Hilarious Dash-Cam Video of a TX Lawman Corralling an Escaped Cow only for the Cow to Charge the Cop and Escape once again ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet Temple, TX Police Department Community Education Officer Gabriel Estrella. That's Officer Friendly below...

On Thursday, March 23, 2017 Officer Estrella was the unlucky recipient of a call about a cow that had escaped from a veterinary clinic around two miles away from Wilson Park in Temple, TX.

Officer Estrella located the fugitive bovine and, quite skillfully, used his car to corral the cow into a fenced area at Wilson Park (you can watch the entertaining dash cam footage from start to finish by clicking here).  Once the cow was safely inside Officer Estrella exited his vehicle and attempted to secure the gate, thus capturing the cow, but apparently Elsie had other ideas.

As Officer Estrella swung the left gate toward center the cow began it's last dash for freedom...

And then things got very real, very fast, for Officer Estrella....

I don't know if the Temple, TX Police Academy has a block on "dodging charging bovines", if Officer Estrella had some experience as a Rodeo Clown or if he is just plain lucky, but in any event he was able to acrobatically get the hell out of Elsie's way as she smashed through that gate and made her second successful escape of the day.

As of that night (Thursday, March 23, 2017), the cow had reportedly made a clean break from the law and was last seen heading outside of the city limits.

Electronic Evidence from FitBit & Facebook Shatter Husband's Timeline and Corroborate his Motive for Murdering his Wife ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

On December 23, 2015, 40 /o Richard Dabate told police that a man who sounded like Vin Diesel had broke into his Ellington, Connecticut home, tied him up and shot his wife dead - one bullet to 39 y/o Connie's head and another in the abdomen.

At 10:20 am on December 23, 2015 Ricky called 911 and reported the murder, telling police that his wife had been killed an hour earlier (at or about 9:20 pm) by a masked home invader who shot his wife dead in the garage during a chase through their home.  Ricky claimed that he had been tied to a chair after the man had murdered his wife, but that he managed to scare the intruder off by kicking a blowtorch at his head.

I'm guessing that was clue #1 that Ricky's story was complete and utter....

Ricky was not arrested, being a grieving husband and all, but homicide detectives set out to investigate, and to locate the masked Vin Diesel home invading gunman.

As the investigation progressed police discovered that Ricky was having an affair with a woman that he had known since childhood, who was pregnant and who wanted him to leave his wife.  Text messages from Ricky's phone to that of his paramour reportedly indicated that he and his wife were "on the same page" for a divorce, and an electronic trawl through the couple's lives found a file on Connie's phone from December 2014 entitled "Why I want a divorce".

Digging deeper police reportedly found that Ricky had obtained a "secret" credit card on which he spent $1,200 between visits to a trip club and stays at a local hotel. It's also alleged that Ricky used the credit card to buy flowers for his girlfriend.  But still, this was not enough, and so the cops kept on digging...

Enter the era of Electronic Evidence:  Connie's FitBit records, which showed that she had been moving more than an hour after her husband claimed to police that she had been murdered by Vin Diesel.

Police studied CCTV footage from the gym and were able to document that Connie had left her gym at 9:18 am.  Her FitBit records revealed that from that time she was idle for 9 minutes, representing the time that it took Connie to drive home from the gym.  In between 9:27 and 10:05 am Connie posted 2 videos to Facebook using her cellphone and, per FitBit records, at 10:05 am her FitBit stopped moving after she had traveled 1,217 feet inside her home.  At 10:11 am the alarm went off in the Dabate home and at 10:16 am the alarm company called the police.  And at 10:20 am Ricky called 911, reporting his wife's murder.

As I recently studied during a seminar put on by Forensic Computer Scientist John Sawicki of Forensic Data Corp and am becoming more and more intimately familiar with, "ESI", or electronic scientific evidence, is everywhere. Forgetting computers, as cell phones have gotten smarter people have been more and more subject to tracking. Every time you make or receive a call or a text, each time you check your email or log onto social media, when ever you open most any of your apps a digital record of your action, including the time, date and location, is recorded, and these recordings are, oftentimes stored in multiple databases (your phone, tablet, computer, cell tower, cell provider, app warehouse, etc).  In short, being connected has you constantly under surveillance.

So at 10:20, when Ricky called 911 and reported that Vin Diesel had just shot his wife, well, thanks to Connie's smart phone, FitBit and Facebook apps, cops know that that was in fact....

Connie could not have been shot at 9:20 if she was walking around her house and posting videos to Facebook.  Course I suppose that if I were Ricky's defense lawyer I could argue that Vin had Connie's cell phone and was walking around the house and posting videos to cover up the crime, maybe to help with an alibi defense, but then there's the problem of the divorce talk, the pregnant paramour and the "secret" credit card which was used at the strip club, a local motel and for Ricky's girlfriend's flowers.

According to District Attorney Craig Stedman: "To say it is rare to use FitBit records would be safe. It is an electronic footprint that tracks your movements. It is a great tool for investigators to use. We can also get the information much faster than some other types of evidence such as DNA tests."

Connie and Richard Dabate.  They once looked so happy...

But now Connie is dead and Richard is charged with her murder...

And he's got electronic evidence to thank for it.
