Answered Yes..... If...... then what? Is there a question here?

IF your lawyer did this then your lawyer violated virtually every oath that s/he took to become a lawyer and should not be practicing law.

Any lawyer who violated the sanctity of the attorney-client relationship in such a flagrant and unforgivable manner mars the entire legal profession and would almost certainly be disbarred.

IF your question is accurate then that lawyer should be reported to the Florida Bar for discipline.

Following is the website for the Florida Bar and link to assist with the filing of a Bar complaint. Before you do so, however, recognize that your allegations are most serious and, if you cannot prove them, then you are better advised not to make the allegation.
