DUI / DUI Accident / Bicyclist / Critical Mass / Michael A. Haber, Esq. **ARRESTED / **305DUI

DUI Driving Rampage

Having personally gotten stuck in the "Critical Mass" bike traffic last Friday night, and having represented someone who was a "victim" of a "critical mass" attack (yet himself faced criminal and civil charges), and really, really, really wanting to go "Mad Max" on an untold number of infinitely inconsiderate, brazenly yet falsely empowered, spandex-clad, Lance Armstrong, wanna-be, once-a-month 2-wheeled warriors, my thought (I can't "advise") is that 66 y/o William Thomas Kelly put forth a temporary insanity case. Its obvious to me that the cyclist induced the condition.

Still, When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is: "Don't do it! Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".

Be smart{er than William Thomas Kelly}: Don't drink and drive, but, if you do, just say "NO{thing}", don't blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220, **ARRESTED, **305DUI, **MIAMIDUI, **MIAMILAW or **HABERLAW.
