Red Light Camera Ticket / Suspended Driver License

Q:  I got a ticket for running a red light which was taken by a camera. I never received the ticket in the mail, so I had no idea.  I was subsequently pulled over for having a suspended license which I did not know I had due to the unpaid traffic ticket. Is this worth fighting? What can I do?

A:  Yes.   No question about it.

There are many experienced 305 area traffic lawyers who can handle all of your issues - including assisting you to reinstate your FL-DL - concurrently. Once the case turned from civil infraction to DWLS (which may be criminal traffic) the ante was raised, That DWLS is 1 of 3 steps toward being "habitualized" - treated as a felony traffic offender... so please don't play games or procrastinate and get on this yesterday.

(As an aside, please DO NOT DRIVE - caps intentional - until your FL-DL is reinstated. If you do you do then you are likely to get popped and then you will hit step 2 of 3 toward being "habitualized" - treated as a felony traffic offender... so, again, please don't play games or procrastinate and get on this yesterday.)

I hope that I have been helpful in answering your question.
