Answered If "i never been in jail and dont have no record at all and im nervous and i have to work and dont wanna loose my job at all" then you'd better hire a skilled and experienced Haines City criminal defense lawyer to start moving Heaven and Earth to get you out... or... you will rot in jail until the PD and the Court get around to dealing with you.

Please do not take this as my being flippant or critical... I'm just telling you how it is. When anyone is standing in your shoes, there is simply no substitute for private criminal defense counsel. No one else in the system (not the Judge, not the prosecutor, not the PD... no one) cares. They have plenty of matters to attend to and yours will pop up in its own time, unless....

Now you know what to do.

I hope that I have been helpful in answering your question.
