Props to the Tampa Police Department for Nabbing 25 y/o Ernest Reed Johnson (mug shot below), an apparently deranged burglar / potential child molester.
At approximately 4:00 am on Sunday, March 29th, 2015, Tampa Police were dispatched to a residence reference a burglary call. When they arrived a horrified mother old them that she had awoken and found an unknown black male intruder lying naked in her 10-year-old son's bed.
When he was spotted Johnson allegedly jumped out of the same window that he had broken in through, managing to escape and remaining on the run for just over four (4) hours. With the assistance of K-9 Officers Johnson was tracked, found nearby, detained and arrested for lewd and lascivious molestation, burglary of an occupied dwelling and possession of burglary tools (in FL he's looking at fifty (50) years on those booking charges).
I don't know how the cops managed to get this sick bastard into custody (more accurately, I don't figure how it is that Johnson managed to NOT get away after four (4) hours lapsed and escape detection); I'm just glad that they did (he didn't). I have a 10 y/o son.... and a shotgun, a 9mm and a collapsible asp and if Johnson had broken into my home and been caught near my son, well let's just say that this 5'7", 175 lb, white male would be looking, seeming, acting all Marsellus Wallace (Ving Rhames, 6', 230 lb, black male) and going medieval on his ass...
