Two Alabama teenagers, one (1) is 18 y/o Ashley Johnston (pictured below) and the other is his 17 y/o cohort (who's booking photo is confidential as he is technically a juvenile) were both arrested after they allegedly threw three (3) puppies into the air, beheaded them with a machete, a la ISIS, and then posted graphic video of the heinous act online.
The teenaged duo face felony aggravated cruelty to, and torture of, animals charges because they were stupid enough to have posted video footage of their horrific acts online, which led to their arrest.
Apparently one (1) of the two (2) of these sadistic sociopaths was dumb enough to have posted a fifteen (15) second clip of video footage of the graphic incident to Snapchat, which proved to have been more than enough time for a responsible and concerned citizen to have reported the incident to police.
Even though Snapchat automatically deletes postings after they are viewed, and although police did not themselves see the video (which, apparently, had been taken by 18 y/o Johnston of his 17 y/o friend throwing the puppies into the air and killing them with a machete), apparently multiple students at the douchebaggerous duo's school also saw the video, which led the cops to Johnston, and which culminated in his arrest and confession to the sociopathic act.
Criminal defense attorney's have to be creative and imaginative in effectively representing their clients, but what can one on behalf of another who is capable of this sort of act other than.....
