Meet 34 y/o Monique Miller. That's her mug shot below....
Monique was arrested on Monday, March 2nd, 2015 after a routine traffic stop and while driving a car which contained two (2) passengers. One (1) of them was seated in the passenger seat, and promptly bailed out of the car on foot as soon as she stopped the car. The other was a baby, her baby, with whom she had been driving around with the baby seated on her lap (not in any sort of child seat but on her dumb ass lap). The cop did not chase the fleeing subject but stayed with Monique, who peppered him with obscenities before tossing her baby out of the driver's window. Fortunately she threw the child directly at the cop, who was able to catch the child; unfortunately Monique sealed, and then compounded her arrest by kicking the squad car door and causing it to slam into the cop's head (we call that "Battery on a LEO"). The following morning, on Tuesday, March 3rd, Monique appeared before our (Miami's) own Hon. Mindy Glazer for initial (bond) appearance.
Bond was set at $7,500.00 and, if she posts then Monique was further ordered to both take her medication (which she claimed to be prescribed but not taking) and to stay away from her child. Monique's response to Judge Glazer's Order: "OK, I need a break anyway."
Whoa! Just when you though that you've heard it all.... Memo to Monique: Congratulations. I'm sure that your own Momma is proud. Good luck in your imminent "TPR" (termination of parental rights") hearing... Douche...
