Apparently Ashley decided to have a little fun with the system when she perfectly timed her facial expression to display a look of horror / terror. Ashley is not the first to come up with the idea of playing to the jail house camera, and she won't be the last...
But Ashley (and you dear folks) would be well advised to remember that for every action there is a reaction, cause and effect as it were, and in this case Ashley will be 'splaining herself to a Judge, and possibly a Jury, and she will neither have garnered any empathy, sympathy nor respect from either her trier of fact or her prosecutor. In fact, and instead, I would not be surprised if she were treated "worse" for her antics. Your behavior at arrest / booking is but one of the many intangible factors which can be used for you, against you or not at all, and you get to make that call, and reap the results, all on your own.
In this case Ashley was booked into the Tulsa County Jail for driving on a suspended license, driving with improper license plates and driving without insurance, but she has prior arrests / bookings for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in 2011, for larceny / theft in 2013 and for another pending license suspension charge, thus explaining her perfect timing in the booking process.
