The pair decided to have a little frisky risky public sex in Greenacres, FL on Friday, March 20th, 2015 at about 5pm, so they dropped their drawers been beside a tree near a nice park... this park in fact...
The problem is that instead of "Skyrockets in flight, Afternoon delight" it was more like a "significant fright" for the group of daycare aged children who happened to be in eye shot with an unobstructed line of vision of the torrid act.
According to the kids, although the pair started outside of the park and near a tree when they began (approximately 180 feet away), the pair could still be seen after relocating to a parked truck (which was approximately 200 feet away from the kiddies), yet, per the cops, which remained in "clear view" of the children. Cops stated that four (4) children actually reported to them that they saw the couple beside the tree with their pants lowered and that an undisclosed number indicated that the couple could still be seen doing the hibbity jibbity after relocating to the truck. As soon as she noticed the officer's presence police report that Danielle said "Shane, we are going to jail", and so they did, charged with lewd or lascivious behavior.
Memo to Shane and Danielle: I get the thrill of the act, but lines have to be drawn when it comes to kiddies in a park.
