Teacher Crams 11 kids into Honda Accord, including 2 in trunk, & Drives to Walmart for "Goldfish" ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Heather Cagle, that's her below, in the picture-in-picture on the bottom right, faces termination from her teaching position in Catoosa, Oklahoma for going to Walmart to get some Goldfish.

Well, that's not exactly all of it.... Heather took a few students along with her for the ride - 11 of them to be exact.  All inside of her Honda Accord.  Naturally they didn't all fit snugly in their seats, so Heather got creative... clown creative...

As many as could fit, 9 kids, were crammed inside of the car, some on the floorboards, and the remaining 2 rode from school to Walmart inside of the vehicle's trunk.

The grandmother of 1 of the 2 kids who rode in the trunk (her 12 y/o granddaughter) was beyond herself, opining that if she had done the same that DCF would take her kids away.

Meantime, many of Heather's students (she is both the "Yearbook" teacher and a varsity team cheer coach) are going to bat for her, one of whom reportedly said "We want her to know that we're backing her 110% no matter what happens, she's still our coach and we love her".

But Grandma isn't having any of that, stating:  "What if on the way to Walmart that trunk had been hit? Those children [including her 12 y/o granddaughter] could have died.  What if those children, wandering around Walmart, one of them got snatched?"

Although the Superintendent has recommended termination Heather is presently suspended from work with pay and has a formal hearing to determine her future with the school board in December.

This never would have happened if Heather had been a math teacher.
