Father who Killed his 10 week old Baby tried to Blame it on the Neighbor's Dog and even Bit the Child ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet 38 y/o Emery Jenkins (yes, that's him below):


Although Emery has apparently had a long and distinguished history of having children with different women (4 different baby mamas), Emery's youngest son, 10 week old Joseph Jenkins, is now both deceased and the subject of this rant.  Based upon what you are about to read Emery should be the poster child for Planned Parenthood.




On October 16th, 2014 the Itasca County, MN Sheriff's Office got a call that 10 week old Joseph wasn't breathing.  The child was transported to the hospital where he later died (he died the following day, on October 17th, 2014).  His father, Emery , told law enforcement that the bay had fallen off of a swing and had then been bitten by a neighbor's dog.

When an autopsy proved that the cause of death was blunt force trauma and that the baby had injuries which included a fractured skull, fractured ribs and multiple injuries which appeared to have been caused by "biting or cutting" objects, the cops ramped up their investigation, culminating in Emery's 2nd degree murder arrest on October 23rd, 2014.

While Emery offered, as further explanation to the child's injuries, that about a month earlier he had accidentally dropped baby Joseph in the tub, Josephs mama ultimately abandoned "the dog did it" defense and wisely threw Emery to the cops.




She told police that Emery had bitten the child, that he had done so on multiple occasions, usually when the baby was crying, and that she helped him to fabricate the story about the neighbor's dog (which the cops seized on the date of the incident - it is unknown if the innocent dog has since been reunited with its family) to explain the bite marks.

Cops were able to track down Emery's 3 other baby mamas, all of whom reported to law enforcement that Emery had been violent towards both each of them and their children in the past. Further, when cops searched Emery's home they discovered multiple articles of baby clothing with blood stains.

Emery maintains his innocence, claiming that "I got 32 dismissals in this county. This is racist.  That's all I got to say"  Precisely what his 32 dismissals are for is unknown, but it is clear to me that, in addition to whatever legal sentence he receives, Emery should get a forced vasectomy... without any anesthesia and with a rusty blade.




Memo to the Folks:  "The dog did it" may work for a broken plate or some missing food item or a soiled floor, but it won't stand up to forensic analysis.
