Meet Jeffrey Streeter. That's him below.
Jeffrey, is, er was, a 9 year veteran police officer with the Goodyear, AZ PD.
Jeffrey was arrested on 31 counts of "surreptitious recording" (we call that "video voyeurism" here in sunny F-L-A) and 1 count of tampering with evidence, and so for him, "Goodyear" became a really bad year.
Apparently Jeff got his jollies from either filming, watching or both, women as they undress in a local tanning salon. Unfortunately for Jeff a female customer noticed a camera phone sitting atop of a dividing wall which separates tanning salon rooms while she was changing. It seems that 'ole Jeff was recording the ladies as they changed by either reaching over the dividing wall or right through a partition door.
Either way, cops found a video of the woman who caught Jeff in the act, as well as videos of 20 other women who were also filmed at the salon, on his cell phone.
Memo to Jeff: You are way too dumb to be a cop. Any cop worth his weight in dog crap would have been smarter about how he performed his perverted acts. Hell, any average teenage boy would've been more creative and smarter than you. Say goodbye to Goodyear and hello to a really bad year.
