An unnamed Philadelphia man (probably for his own protection) who is mid-stream in a "nasty divorce" went to his soon-to-be-ex-wife's home, took possession of their jointly owned Little Red Corvette and proceeded to sink it in the Delaware River.

And, after he is caught and prosecuted for reckless endangerment (for causing the cops to risk injury and life in retrieving the car from the dark, cold, perilous river) and likely some sort of criminal environmental offense - note that the man won't be charged with theft or destruction of property as the vehicle was jointly owned - he might consider
I would be happy to represent this knucklehead in his criminal case, but I stay far far far away from dissolution actions.
