I can't imagine that Halloween afternoon would be the most profitable of times if you operate an ice cream truck, and not making money can be depressing, so what is an ice cream truck driver to at 4:30 pm on Halloween afternoon?
Well, if you are 57 y/o Hardev Singh of Santa Rosa, CA then you get smashed out of your brains and drive to the nearest school (perhaps a little Kahlua and vodka with his gelato).
In this case, on October 31, 2014 a gas station attendant called 911 after observing Hardev stumble out of his ice cream truck on the property, which is directly across the street from a school. Cops arrived, Hardev failed FST's and then reportedly blew 4x the legal limit (putting his BAC at somewhere near .32) when he was arrested on Friday afternoon.
Epic ice cream FAIL! Diamond Dave would not be happy.
When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is: "Don't do it! Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".
Be smart{er than Hardev Singh}: Don't drink and drive, but, if you do, just say "NO{thing}", don't blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220 or 1-888-SHARK-8-1.
