Man Knowingly Failed to Disclose HIV Positive Status to Six Different Woman with whom he had Unprotected Sex, and at the time he was a Cop
Meet 38 y/o Ervans Saintclair, a former Greenacres, FL police officer, who discovered that he was HIV-positive in 2007... but who failed to disclose that fact to any of the six (6) different women (that we know of and who have come forward - there may well be more) with whom he has since had unprotected sex, including the one (1) with whom he had engaged in "group sex".
After being so accused by three (3) different women Ervans was arrested in January, 2014 and his trial was set to begin in November, however three (3) more female victims came forward, adding (doubling in fact) new counts to his existing case.
Making matters worse (if they can be made worse) is the fact that many of Ervans' victims called him out after learning of his condition and he allegedly continued to deny the same.
One of Ervans' "new" victims said that she had been contacted by an earlier victim and when she confronted Ervans about the situation he simply laughed and said that his ex was "bitter". Another "new" victim reportedly said that Ervans had repeatedly assured her that he "was good" when they discussed sexually transmitted diseases. And the third "new" victim reportedly claimed that she and Ervans had not only engaged in unprotected sex but that they had also participated in group sex. This woman further claimed that when she directly confronted Ervans about his condition that he flat out denied being infected with HIV. Memo to Ervans:
Wtf is this guy thinking? And he was a cop? Entrusted with serving and protecting? Meantime all this guy was serving up was an unhealthy dose of HIV while not using protection. Talk about your world class oxymorons...
Memo to the Folks: If you scan your sexual partners even 1/3rd as well as you scan your computer then you'll have no STD worries.
His six (6) victims (and any others who may be out there) can blame Ervans, but for everyone else, well...
