Army Sgt seeking a "Portrait" is Arrested in NoCar Shopping Mall with Assault Rifle, Ammo & Bulletproof Vest ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq,. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 25 y/o U.S. Army Sergeant Bryan Scott Wolfinger.  That's his mug shot below...

Apparently Bry is not the brightest bulb on the tree (which begs the questions a) why the world's most powerful entity, the U.S. Army, would bump him up to a supervisory position and b) what other questionable personnel are lurking about in the machine... but I digress) as he was arrested Thursday, July 2nd, 2015 after being caught walking through the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, North Carolina with an assault rifle, ammunition and a bulletproof vest.

Bry claims that he was just there to get have his portrait done but Fayetteville Police have charged him with "going armed to the terror of the public".  Per Anthony Kelly, Fayetteville Assistant Police Chief:  "With the terror alerts that we've had, it's a holiday weekend, it's the nation's birthday, our senses are high.  Within two minutes, we had officers on the scene. The first two responding officers made contact, gave him a verbal command, [and the] subject complied and they took him into custody."

Sparking evacuations, Bry's presence panicked businesses and they shut their doors as the mall was searched by police for a possible second armed person. Per an eye witness named Francheska Penn:  "They [mall goers] were, very panicked, actually a lot of kids were crying.  They did not understand why adults were running - kind of a scary thing. Everyone just dove in sheer panic."

Bry was processed at the Cumberland County Detention Center and later released to his company commander (pictured below) and provost marshal at Fort Bragg, who I'm guessing was none too happy with likely-soon-to-be-Court-Martialed-Sergeant Wolfinger's piss poor decision making.   Memo to Bry:  Yes... Bad decision, and bad decisions have bad consequences, especially in front of a Military Tribunal...

Memo to Bry continued: But before you spend some quality time at Ft. Leavenworth...

Memo to Bry continued, again:  Let me thank you for your prior service.  That said, do you see that the one non-green apple in the picture below?  Good, because that is you, making the entire U.S. Army look stupid... you jackass.  Maybe it's better this way.  At least with you in the brig no one will get caught in your friendly cross fire.
