Q: Is there anything I can do to help? I'm on GA 1st offender probation for assault. I was placed on this in 2012. In the court order Judge Brown states that it can be terminated once all terms are met but my PO states that all she can do is unsupervised due to the crime even though the court document plainly states differently. I've just finished up my degree and received a job offer is there anything that I can do or someone who will help?

Answered . You must listen to your PO, your PO must must listen to your Judge and your Judge must listen to your lawyer.
Never, ever argue with your PO. You might win the war but you will lose the battle each and every time. If your Judge left that door open (the ET door) then your best bet is to hire a Grovetown, GA criminal defense lawyer to prepare, file, calendar and litigate a legally sound and persuasive motion for the early termination ("ET") of your probation.
