What he is, however, is an alleged kidnapper who shackled, restrained and forced into unwanted sexual situations a 15 year old girl, which, if true, makes him a demented child sex offender.
Per reports Wiley had lent money to the girls father (how much is unreported) and in exchange the man's daughter was to spend the night at his house so as to help "care for" Wiley's fiance' and keep her company.
The girl, who claims to have been restrained with leg shackles, handcuffs and a ball gag by Wiley in his home managed to free herself and text her father who in turn called 911. When the police arrived and interviewed her the girl said that Wiley had made her touch his genitals and then sleep in the leg shackles.
While Wiley faces 2 counts of kidnapping, 2 counts of indecent assault, 1 count of unlawful restraint, 1 count of false imprisonment and 1 count of corruption of a minor, and the girl's father was not arrested (apparently there is no crime for using your daughter as collateral for a loan...).
