NY Doctor at Mount Sinai Hospital is Accused of Ejaculating on a 22 year old Patient's Face after Incapacitating her with Morphine ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet Dr. David Newman, a 455 year old ER physician at Manhattan's Mount Sinai Hospital.  That's him below...




Dr. Newman has been accuse by a 22 year old patient of knocking her out with morphine and then ejaculating on her face and, unlike Mary, this unnamed woman is not smiling...




The woman reportedly claimed that at about 10:30 pm on January 11, 2016 she showed up at Mt. Sinai Hospital complaining of pain in her right shoulder.  Nurses took her into a private room and administered two (2) pain pills and an anti-inflammatory injection.  Still complaining of acute pain a nurse administered morphine and the patient changed into a hospital gown for x-rays.




After the x-ray, and wearing her hospital gown (she reportedly had her pants on but her shirt and bra off)  Dr. Newman entered the room and advised the woman that he was going to administer another morphine injection.  The woman claims that as she was advising Dr. Newman that she had already gotten morphine she felt "a burning sensation in her arm" leading her to believe that Dr. Newman had given her more morphine anyhow.




The woman reported that after she received the shot and while Dr. Newman was examining her back she told him that she had a pain in the right side of her chest, at which point, and if you believe the woman, the allegedly creepy doc began to fondle her breasts.  He then reportedly positioned himself with his back toward her and she claims to have been able to hear "the sounds of someone masturbating", after which she claims to have felt semen on her face.  Unable to move because she was heavily medicated the immobile woman allegedly watch as Dr. Newman used a blanket to wipe his semen off of her face.




After Dr. Newman left a nurse came in and found the woman "in a blacked out state".  The nurse, together with a different ER doctor, roused the patient who was unable to communicate due to drifting in and out of consciousness.  Once she was able the woman got up, went to the bathroom, observed what appeared to be semen on her face and bare chest, wiped it off with the gown, placed the gown in a plastic bag (together with the bedding) and gave it to responding cops.  While the matter is investigated Dr. Newman has been barred from seeing patients at the hospital.  





Memo to the Folks:   Allegations like this (well all criminal allegations actually) are extremely serious... on both sides of the coin.  The doctor's reputation, his livelihood, his ability to practice medicine is literally hanging in the wind, and the patient, if she was molested, has been violated in a way that can leave lifelong scars.  Absent independent proof what do you do?  Who do you believe?  What position, if any, do you take?  If you are a fan of the 5th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution then you presume Dr. Newman innocent.  But even a die hard fan of the 5th would agree that the hospital was prudent in re-assigning him during this interim period, while the gown and bedding are examined.  




Memo to Dr. David Newman:   You'd better hope that the lab results come out negative for your semen or you will be going from Dr. Newman to Mr. Hyde (and seek in prison...).
