Man Impersonating a Cop Stops an Off-Duty Cop... and then it's Game Over. ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ **ARRESTED




Meet 27 y/o Shawn Michael Robinson of Alexandria, VA.  Yes, that's his mug (shot) below....




Seems Shawn likes his Crown Vic, complete with spotlight attached to the driver's window, and, even more so apparently Shawn likes playing cop in his would-be unmarked police car.




Last week while driving through Dumfries, VA, Shawn, using his spot, "lit up" a a car to his right who's driver, that just so happened to be an off-duty cop who believed that he was being pulled-over, stopped on the roadside.  When Shawn pulled along side the vehicle the now "lit up" man in the stopped vehicle identified himself as a cop, prompting Shawn (and his male passenger) to step on it and flee in the vehicle like a...




The off-duty cop / would-be victim of ______ knows what gave chase ultimately prompting Shawn and his co-conspirator to park and bail on foot, making ti apparent that Shawn failed to learn the first lesson of "police school"...  




Oh yeah, I forgot, Shawn didn't go to the police academy.  Well, had he attended and payed attention then he second thing that he'd've learned is that the overwhelming odds are that, if armed with even a little information, the cops will find you, ultimately, just as they did Shawn.  An arrest warrant was promptly secured and served and Shawn is not being held in jail without bond.  And therein lies the lessons for the Folks:




Memo to Shawn:  You are lucky that the cops didn't cordon off a perimeter and let the dogs loose




And that you didn't meet Mr. Taser....




Playing cops and robbers is all fine and dandy, when you are a kid... But if you...




It's gonna get ugly.  Good luck in Court.  I suggest a psych eval, intensive therapy and some top tier testimony about aberrant behavior.  No joke.  That's where I'd go with your case...
