Sadly, try as I did I could not find a pic of 31 y/o Ruhan Karjohn, but let's just say that he has now written the book on "How to Go to Jail"....
Ruhan entered a Connecticut Police Station at approximately 1:00 pm on Super Bowl Sunday, walked up to the security desk and inquired as to whether or not there was a warrant for his arrest.
When he was told that there were no existing warrants, an apparently disappointed Ruhan left, but only for a little while, returning shortly thereafter and advising the desk officer that he wanted to go to jail.
In a bizarre yet strategically designed maneuver to accomplish his objective, Ruhan managed to get himself arrested for both Breaching the Peace and Public Indecency. How?
Right there in the lobby of the Police Station, and much to the chagrin of those in attendance, our hero dropped his drawers, pulled out his Johnson and began to masturbate. Memo to Ruhan Karjohn:
