Florida man tries to circumcise 20 month old nephew with a kitchen knife

In one of the more bizarre stories that I've encountered, 24 y/o Larry Leroy Floyd, pictured below, was arrested in Spring Manor, Florida (near Ocala) on Saturday, January 31st, 2015.

This deranged animal was arrested for aggravated domestic battery after he allegedly tried to circumcise his 20 month old nephew.  I am not certain, but Larry-Leroy does not look like a Mohel, to me, not even a severely unbalanced and maddened Mohel...

I am also unsure as to whether or not Larry-Leroy "practiced" his circumcision skills (much less sterilized his equipment) prior to operating on his nephew...

What I am 100% clear on is that Larry-Leroy is, for one reason or another, a complete and inexcusable  sick f*ck.  Who goes near a male child's junk but a medical doctor (for medical purposes), a Mohel (for religious purposes), a parent (for sanitary purposes), a child molester / rapist or a twisted animal... which is precisely where I place my money when it comes to Larry-Leroy.

The story has been published in multiple reputable sources but remains sketchy, with several unanswered questions and little substantive information about the allegations.  Per police the father of the child left him asleep in the care and custody of his two (2) uncles, one (1) of which was Larry-Leroy, while he ran out to the grocery store.  Upon his return he found his bloodied son, Larry-Leroy admitted to the attempted circumcision and then fled.  The cops were called, the child hospitalized and the perp, Larry-Leroy, collared and booked.
