Meet 43 y/o Michael Kevin Meadows, of Shady Spring, West Virginia. That's his mug shot below...
On Tuesday, March 5th, Mikey went into the Bypass Pharmacy on Ritter Drive in Beaver, West Virginia wearing full camouflage, a "boonie" hat and a paintball mask and armed with a can of pepper spray.
Mikey was armed with pepper spray...
...which he haphazardly started dispersing, everywhere, in an effort to take down employees. He then walked forward, stepping directly into his own cloud of pepper spray. From security footage, police could see that Mikey was affected by the nasty mist as he staggered out of the business and climbed into a 2005 GMC Denali which was being driven by another man.
The driver of the Denali was caught later that day and he promptly told the police everything that had happened, including the identity of the man that tried to rob the pharmacy. Based upon the driver’s statement and video surveillance Mikey was arrested and charged with attempted robbery. He was booked into the Southern Regional Jail and has a $100k bond.
I'm pretty sure that Mikey didn't like the Pepper Spray... most folks don't.... and apparently Mikey forgot the Golden Rule ("do unto others...).
So what did Mikey learn (apart from being reminded of the Golden Rule)? Honestly I don't know if he "learned" anything but there are lessons here: 1) Don't commit armed robberies; 2) Don't commit crimes with other people unless they are deaf, dumb, mute and otherwise won't or can't rat you out; and 3) Don't use weapons but if you do then make damn sure that you fully understand the weapon beforehand. Mikey... this MEME's for you...
