"What NOT TO DO on the Roadside"; man tells cops "I am way too intoxicated to drive". ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ **MIAMIDUI or **ARRESTED

During traffic stop man tells cops "I am way too intoxicated to drive".

Meet 45 y/o Jason Barlow, the unwitting "author" of "What NOT TO DO on the Roadside".  Sadly no image of Jason is available but there is a video on the attached article (and also here):

In any event, here is a summary of Barlow's six (6) chapter manifesto:

1)  Unless you are on the Autobahn, DO NOT drive 100+ mph;

2)  Do not drink and drive, especially with a BAC of .185;

3)  Do not drive at 100+ mph with a BAC of .185 when you were arrested for DUI  just thirty (30) days earlier;

4)  Do not engage in conversation with police, most especially on the roadside when you are stopped for driving 100+ mph with a BAC of .185 and when you were arrested for DUI just thirty (30) days earlier;

5)  Do not make spontaneous statements to cops such as "I am in big trouble"; &

6)  Do not further explain your spontaneous statement by saying things such as "Because I was just arrested for DUI a month ago and I am way too intoxicated to drive now".

When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is:  "Don't do it!  Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".

Be smart{er than Jason Barlow: Don't drink and drive, but, if you do, just say "NO{thing}", don't blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220, **ARRESTED, **MIAMIDUI, **MIAMILAW or **HABERLAW.
