Quartet of YouTube Pranksters Lure LAPD to Arrest them by Admitting that they have "Coke" in their car ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ **ARRESTED

A quartet from Toronto punked LAPD officers by publicly presenting themselves as "coke dealers", knowing offering Coca-Cola to unsuspecting folks who, naturally, assumed that the urban gangsta foursome which was verbally soliciting buyers were selling the more nefarious item.

Kyle Forgerad (20 y/o), Jesse Sebastiana (21 y/o), Niko Martinovic (25 y/o) and Marko Martinovic (25 y/o) fancying themselves pranksters, loaded up an SUV, which had been hard wired with digital cameras at multiple angles, with a bunch of hidden cans of Coca-Cola and made their way to Venice Beach, California where they parked and "set up shop".

Initially they stood on a popular street corner, next to their parked SUV, ,and began to offer passers-by "coke".  After sufficient public prodding, and as intended and planned, cops finally arrived on scene to investigate.

When they are approached by cops half of the quartet intentionally begin to respond nervously and look away from the cops, effectively baiting the officers to become more agitated and prompting the cops to ask two (2) of the four (4) to exit the vehicle.

Those two (2) are handcuffed...

and then one (1) of the backseat passengers declares in a high-pitched and panicked voice "I can't do this, I can't do this, we have a bunch of coke in the back... it's not ours we were just bringing it to a friend".

With all four (4) passengers outside of the vehicle a female LAPD officer begins the search for the cocaine....

And then she hits pay dirt....

Dozens of cans of Coca-Cola are uncovered (literally, they were underneath a blanket) in the SUV's hatch back.  Needless to say the LAPD were left unimpressed at the creative effort, but that didn't stop the alleged young adults from posting their video on YouTube with the title "Coke Prank On Cops" (the entire YouTube video is found on the attached link).

Memo to the four (4) Canadian Douchebags who apparently think that pranking cops and keeping them from doing their job of protecting society is an acceptable trade off for their moment of YouTube fame:  Your prank was not funny (in fact it was not even inventive as folks have been spinning the whole "coke" / "cocaine" thing for forever and a day).

Instead, and in fact, your actions were reckless, stupid, dangerous and beyond juvenile.  If it were up to me rest assured that I would have arrested your asses, impounded the vehicle, made sure than an Immigration detainer was levied against each and every one (1) of you, prosecuted you and then done my best to have you labeled as "persona non grata" to the Canadian Embassy.  Do us all a favor and go back to Canada, stay there and while you are at it take your precious Justin Bieber with you.
