After viewing the scene, taking statements and finally determining what had actually happened the responding officers concluded that the field was private property which belonged to Davao, that the people who had parked there were trespassers, that no crime had been committed and that this was an issue of civil law.
Memo to the Folks: Plain and simple: Do not park like a douche bag. Although you may fancy yourself special you do not own the roadway. You must share it with other folks, most of whom are in precisely the same situation as you (i.e. rushed, wanting to park closer, only having a quick in and out...). When you park like an ass clown you are in fact an ass clown.
