Turley has been charged with Trafficking a Minor for Prostitution after being called out by undercover cops for his "daddy's little girl" CraigsList ad, in which he offered up a two (2) hour session with a four (4) year old girl for $1,000.00.
Houston Police discovered the ad titled "daddy's little girl" in the Casual Encounters section on Craigslist and embarked on a police sting op to nab the creepy bastard who had placed it.

For ten (10) days an undercover officer exchanged 69 emails with the person who posted the ad and who reportedly said that "he had a young girl, younger than 10." The undercover officer and Turley arranged a meeting at a local apartment complex and when the officer arrived a young girl (determined to be four (4) years old) was found lying in a bed unclothed, under a blanket in a "groggy state" and appearing to be "under the influence". It would later be determined that the father had drugged the girl with sleeping pills.
Turley was taken into custody, was charged with trafficking a child and prostitution of a minor and has a $1,000,000.00 bond.
