No doubt that is a tribute to her love for dogs. Perhaps one of her own dogs? Yeah... those are Amber's little beasties, in a pic taken directly from Amber's (a/k/a "Hood Princess"... I sh*t you not... I couldn't've made that up had I tried) Facebook page (which is still alive and well and which you can access by clicking here).
Or perhaps the paw print tattoo signifies a different sort of love... an unnatural sort of doggie love...
Amber was charged with bestiality - having sex with a dog - after police learned about a video reportedly starring her and which she, herself, had reportedly shared on social media. The cops first learned about the incident / video on January 24, 2017 as complaints from Internet users came in pointing cops to a video featuring Amber who was performing sex acts on a dog. (No, that is not Amber below. That is a random pic from a Google image search with parameters: "bestiality woman with dog funny".)
Anywho.... after police learned about the bestiality video they secured a warrant for Amber's arrest, but she managed to duck the cops until Sunday, April 9th, 2017, when she was found hiding in the basement of her house and crying. (She was located because workers at a local Walgreen's pharmacy reportedly saw and recognized her as "the woman from a news report who was wanted for getting into trouble with animals", prompting them to call 911.) Amber reportedly told the police that the video was a fake and that she had been drugged, with someone having slipped something into her drink.
Okay then.... Look, I didn't see the video and don't know who did what to whom, but I do know that that paw print tattoo is close to Amber's heart, kinda like this puppy and it's, er, whatever...

Memo to the Folks: Love your pets. Just don't do it in the biblical sense. (But, if you do, then don't post it on your social media.... Dumb ass.)
