A Police K-9 discovers that an Ohio Father had a hidden "Mobile Meth Lab" Hidden under a 2 y/o Child's Car Seat ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet 34 y/o Charles Huff.  That's his mug shot below...

And this is Argo, a Perry County, Ohio Police K9...

Charles and Argo met on Friday, April 14th, 2017 at about 9:45 am when Argo's handler, Perry County Sheriff's Sergeant David Briggs conducted a traffic stop, pulling Charles over for a "minor equipment violation".

Initially the stop went like any other.  Sgt. Briggs signaled Charles to pull over and Charles complied.  But unlike most cops the good Sergeant was a K-9 handler, and his partner, Argo, a trained narcotics officer, quickly signaled his human partner that controlled substances were in the vehicle.

Having PC (probable cause) Sgt. Briggs searched the 2003 Chevrolet Malibu and what he discovered was incredible.

Sgt. Briggs discovered that the car was a mobile meth lab, containing three (3) active "one-pot meth labs", one of which was situated directly beneath a car seat which was occupied by a 2 y/o child, with the 2 y/o seated directly on top of one of Charles' active "one-pot meth labs".

A "one-pot meth lab" is a method of manufacturing methamphetamine in which all of the hazardous chemicals that are used in the production of meth are mixed together inside of a single plastic bottle.  It is well established that any methamphetamine manufacturing device is a dangerous proposition, but a "one-pot meth lab" is an incredibly unstable and menacing thing, especially when it is being driving on the streets, and so having it in a car directly under an occupied toddler's car seat is (your or anyone's child), basically, sociopathic.

So threatening was the situation that Sgt. Briggs' discovery reportedly prompted the precautionary evacuation of nearby Sideliners Bar and Grill, because of the volatile state of the improvised methamphetamine labs in the car and the proximity of the car to the restaurant.

So imagine the risk that Charles had placed the 2 y/o child in (btw, it is unknown who's 2 y/o child Charles had in his car)...

In the end the 2 y/o child was taken away by Perry County Children’s Services, was transported to the Fairfield Medical Center as a precaution (due to his exposure to hazardous chemicals) and was later released to the custody of relatives.

Charles, on the other hand, got to spend Easter weekend behind bars after being booked into the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail on charges of manufacturing illegal drugs, possession of chemicals to produce controlled substances and felony child endangerment, making him the clear front runner for this month's centerfold spread in...
