Meet 29 y/o Joshua Tackett. That's him below...
Why is he smiling? Beats me. Why is he bruised and bloodied? That I can answer... The reason that Joshua is bruised and bloodied is because he had crashed his car in front of the Kensington New Hampshire Police Department just before his smug-shot was taken.
More specifically, after crossing into the wrong lane of traffic, Joshua drove straight through a stone wall, and then a granite post, and continued on until he hit a utility pole and got caught up in its guide wires. That is his car below, mangled, with huge dents and scrapes in the left-hand doors, a twisted hood and destroyed front-left wheel arch.
But the kicker is Joshua's T-Shirt, which has "This guy needs a beer" written across it and show two thumbs-up pointing at his head. Memo to the Folks: I do not endorse drink driving but the fact is that anyone can make a mistake. What is not a mistake, however, is drink driving while donning an incriminating statement on your chest. I cannot guarantee much in life but I would bet a digit that MENSA won't be sending this genius a membership application anytime soon. Memo to Joshua Tackett:

When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is: "Don't do it! Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".
Be smart{er than Joshua Tackett}: Don't drink and drive, but, if you do, just say "NO{thing}", don't blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220 or 1-888-SHARK-8-1.
