Intoxicated Passenger on American Airlines Flight is Arrested after Pulling Down his Pants, Arching his Back & Urinating on the Floor of the Aircraft ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Not to point fingers at any of you (dear readers), but, apart from TSA the single most annoying thing about flying is the other folks on the plane.



That said, meet Jordan Gardner, a 28 y/o from Ludlow, Kentucky (pictured below), who was arrested by the Mecklenburg County (NoCar) Sheriff when the plane that he was a passenger on landed at Charlotte Douglas International Airport at 7:45 a.m. EDT on Sunday, April 24th, 2016.



The flight was a "red-eye" from San Francisco to Charlotte and, about an hour into it, 'ole Jordan reportedly pulled his pants down at his seat, arched his back and urinated right there on the plane’s floor.  (Making matters worse, if that's possible, flight attendants were reportedly unable to get rid of the pungent smell of urine, which had soaked into the carpet, meaning that the rest of the plane full of passengers were forced to deal with it for the rest of their four (4) hour flight.)


Gardner reportedly told Sheriff's Deputies that he had had two (2) double shots of vodka at a bar in San Francisco’s airport before boarding the plane, but police reported that they could still smell alcohol on Gardner's breath eleven (11) hours after the plane took off at 11:59 p.m. PDT.  Gardner reportedly blamed chewing gum for the smell of alcohol, and told investigators that he could not remember urinating on the plane, passing out in the bathroom or the even flight itself, suggesting to cops that someone might have spiked his drink in San Francisco or that "maybe he had a memory problem".  
Memo to Jordan Gardner:  Lay off the booze bro.
