OR Man is caught "masturbating vigorously" by a Youth Center tells Police that he "wants to go back to Prison" & that he "f*cking hates Portland" ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Terry was arrested on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 for felony public indecency after a police officer reportedly observed him standing outside of "New Avenues for Youth", a Portland youth center, "with his erect penis exposed" while he was "masturbating vigorously".




As soon as Terry saw the cop he reportedly "put his penis back in his pants and began to walk away".  The officer caught up to Terry quickly enough and asked why he was masturbating in public, to which Terry reportedly replied that he was on meth, that he wanted to go back to prison, and that he "f*cking hates Portland".

  



(Yes, that is an actual image that I found on Google by searching "f*ck Portland, proving once again that one can find damn near anythign on the net, but I digress... back to our hero.)  Terry reportedly has a laundry list of prior criminal convictions which include theft, assault, check fraud and, yup, you guessed it, multiple public indecency charges.





Terry's last felony public indecency arrest was in 2014 when he was reportedly "laying on the sidewalk on NW Couch between 1st and 2nd Ave...across from the exit of Jones Bar... stroking his penis outside of his pants... staring at several females in the bar that were standing in line."




Well okay then.  It seems that OR law is similar to FL law when it comes to public indecency.  In both States the offense is a misdemeanor unless you have a prior conviction, in which case it is bumped up to a felony for your repeat behavior.





Memo to Terry Lee Andreassen:  If you wanted out of Portland there was probably a better way.  Still, I suspect that the Judge will acquiesce to your request and permit you to go back to prison.
