FL Motorcyclist Runs Over 10' Alligator in Roadway, Wrecks his Bike and both he and the Gator have to be Hospitalized with Serious Injuries ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Question:

In the early morning hours of Friday, May 19th, 2017, Florida's own 27 y/o Calun Nelson (pictured below), while driving his motorcycle just south of Tampa, had an unfortunate accident.

Calun did not see the more than 10 foot long alligator that just so happened to be crossing the road in front of him, at just the wrong moment of time, until it was too late...

Calun reportedly tried to avoid the gator, but alas, he couldn't.

Calun was thrown from his bike and both he and the gator suffered what are described as "serious injuries", and while Calun would survive the gator reportedly died the following day.

Memo to the Folks:  Accidents are, by definition, unplanned spontaneous occurrences; if you either know that something will occur or if you plan for something to happen in advance then it's not an accident.
