Q:     How hard is it to get cell tower information as well as info from Apple or Microsoft?  I have a case that will require info from Apple and Verizon to prove what's happened (Cyber stalking and other crimes) There has been criminality in this long term case. My former local police refused to help me and wanted me to gather all of the evidence. They wanted an email or recording from these neighbors who lived in my community but I was never social with Cell tower info and calling Apple would prove this. Who do I ask for in Apple or Verizon? I want to get restraining orders ASAP!

Answered . It is not the police's job to gather evidence for you; that is your lawyer's job.

My advise: Stop playing lawyer and hire one.

A lawyer can advise you if you actually (in the real, legal world) have any case at all against anyone and if so then a real world lawyer can help you to acquire evidence and prepare your case.

If you want to do this on your own all I can say is that you are of course perfectly free to engage on your own legal fishing expedition but, there is a solid reason for Abe Lincoln's age old quote that "he who represents himself has a fool for a client".

I would encourage you not to be that fool.
