Brooklyn Prosecutor is Arrested after Forging 2 Judges' Signatures on 20 Court Orders to Secure Illegal Wiretap to Spy on her Lover ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet 41 y/o Tara Lenich, who was, until recently, an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York.  That's her below...




And here she is doing her best to avoid the camera's after her arrest on Monday, November 28th, 2016 for forgery, eavesdropping and criminal possession of a forged instrument after she allegedly using forged warrants to tap the cellphones of both her lover, who is a NYPD detective, and the woman that Tara suspected her beau of having an affair with.




Ironically, Tara was a high-ranking Assistant District Attorney, serving as the Deputy Bureau Chief for the Brookyln D.A.'s "Violent Criminal Enterprise Bureau", which specializes in using wiretaps to take down criminal enterprises like gangs and crime families, when she allegedly forged the signatures of two separate judges on 20 court orders to wiretap the two cellphone numbers.




When confronted by co-workers Tara is alleged to have tried to avoid suspicion for requesting the wiretaps by telling her colleagues that she was on a secret mission on behalf of the Police Department's Internal Affairs Bureau.




It's been reported that the forgery and wiretaps came after Tara and her Detective beau had a "personal entanglement" over Thanksgiving weekend, which led to discovery of the fraudulent Court Orders and wiretaps.




A spokesman for the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office said as soon as the allegations were uncovered, a swift investigation took place, that afterward Tara was "immediately terminated" and that the office had "ordered a comprehensive review of our protocols and procedures to make sure that this abuse of authority never happens again".




At Tara's  Arraignment her former colleague Assistant District Attorney Joseph Alexis reportedly told the Court: "We take no pleasure in this appearance. This is a stunning betrayal of her oath of office and the justice system that we uphold."  Judge Curtis Farber set Tara's bail at $25,000 bond, with a $10,000 cash option and, if Tara is convicted then she faces up to seven years in prison.  






Memo to FORMER Assistant District Attorney Tara Lenich:  Don't do the crime if you can;t do the time.... Don't do it!
