All Lives Matter: White GA Cop Pulls-Over a Terrified Black Man for Texting While Driving, Issues a Warning, and his Facebook Post about the Incident goes Viral ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1




Meet Lieutenant Tim McMillan, a cop in Garden City, Georgia.  That's him below...




On October 1st, 2016 Lt. McMillan, by way of a Facebook post, detailed an encounter that he had when he pulled over a young black male for texting while driving.  As he tells it, the story is compelling, emotional and somewhat bitter-sweet.  Rather than either paraphrasing or retyping it you can read it for yourself below...
