What happens if you just forget to call and check in with Pre-Trial Services? ~ Chosen as Best Answer on AVVO ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Q:    If you forget to call in once for Pre-Trial (ROR) Services in Pinellas County what should I do? How will this affect me?  It is my first week since being released on ROR and I missed my first weekly pre-trial call in by 2 hours. I'm not sure what I need to do now and how this will affect me. It was an honest mistake that won't happen again but I'm concerned about how this will affect me going forward and what I can do to make it up.

Answered All you can do now is to call at your first opportunity.

In fact is there's a voicemail system then leave a message now.

As to what can happen: Simple... your PTR may well be revoked.

PTR is a privilege, and the price tag for freedom is being responsible... no matter what.

Talk to your PTR supervisor. Beg and grovel. Be humble and apologetic. And pray they don't bounce you.

Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
