Meet 31 y/o Alesandel Rodriguez. That's him below....

On Friday, January 19th, 2017 Alesandel was observed by Port Authority Police as he passing though the EZ-Pass (prepaid toll) lane in his 2014 Toyota Camry which did not have either front or rear license plates, prompting a traffic stop.
Closer inspection of Alesandel's vehicle revealed that he had an expired temporary New York tag inside of his Camry, and a routine driver license check reportedly revealed that his EZ-Pass account had been revoked due to 888 (yes, nearly 900) toll violations reportedly totaling $56,240.00 in outstanding fees, and if that wasn't bad enough, Alesandel also reportedly had an outstanding warrant from NJ.

Alesandel was arrested in his outstanding warrant and was also charged with "Theft of Services" for his plethora of toll violations.
Memo to the Folks: To drive or not to drive is your choice; but the only way to avoid paying tolls is to not use toll roads. If you choose to drive on a toll road then you must pay the toll or, like Alesandel Rodriguez, run the risk that your ante will be upped... substantially.
