TX Couple are Arrested after being Accused of Water Boarding a Mentally Disabled 14 year old Boy and Binding his Genitals as a Punishment ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

A Texas woman and her boyfriend are accused of water boarding a mentally disabled relative under the age of 14.

Yes, you read that correctly.  Christi Howell, aged 40, and her boyfriend, 45 year old Casey Shackleford, are accused of water boarding the child, with Shackleford allegedly grabbing the boy by his hair, pinning him down, and holding a towel over the boy's face while pouring cold water over the child's mouth and nose.  The boy, who's relation to the couple is unknown and who's age (apart from being under 14) is unreported, told police that he was able to "breathe slightly" if he moved his head to the side while underneath the towel.

The couple was also accused of tying a rope around the child's genitals after he confessed to sticking his finger inside the family dog's butt.  Per cops:  "The victim stated that he wanted to be honest and admit what he had done."  The boy has also accused of the couple beating him on the back, buttocks and elbows when he couldn't keep proper form as he did push ups.

Christi Howell was arrested and is being held in the Kaufman County Jail on $250,000 bail (WTF she smiling about is beyond me)...

And Casey Shackleford, who was on probation (having been convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon), surrendered and has no bond due to the probation violation.

Memo to Christi Howell and Casey Shackleford:  Seriously?  For reals?  Torturing a mentally disabled child?  Do you not know that water boarding (not to fail to mention genital manipulation and body beatings) is (are) not a corporeal punishment(s) and that, instead...
