At about 4:00 am on Tuesday, March 1st, 2016, while sitting at the counter in an Athens, GA Waffle House, Jacob, donning a full-blown clown-suit, sparked up a bowl of meth.
After his conspicuous criminal act Jacob got up and went to the restroom. When he finished the cops were standing at his seat, staring at his smoking pipe (which he had left on the counter), and when Jacob saw the cops he went back inside the rest room and locked the door.
It didn't take the cops long to convince Jacob to voluntarily exit, and when he did he readily admitted to ownership of the pipe that he had left behind. A search incident to arrest revealed a knife, rolling papers, some LSD wrapped in foil, and a deck of cards with Worthington's identification card inside it. In addition, Jacob's book bag was searched and inside police discovered a jar containing cannabis, another jar containing magic mushrooms, a digital scale, and container with marijuana inside and a small bag of meth.

Jacob, pictured below, was arrested on four narcotics related counts which include possession with intent to sell.
