Watch Video of Mother w/ 4 Kids under age 10 in Car being Arrested for DUI after she "fell on the floor" during FST's ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Meet New Mexico's own 27 y/o Sarah Kesterson, mother of 4 kids who are all less than 10 years old.  That's her mug shot below...

On Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017, just before 7:00 pm, police received multiple 911 calls from several concerned citizen about a minivan that was driving so erratically that it "almost hit a vehicle", then made a U-turn, "almost crashed into a residence" and kept driving. The minivan reportedly came to a dead stop in the middle of the road, and when a witness began honking at the minivan the driver finally pulled into a parking lot, at which time the witness blocked the minivan in as she called 911.

When deputies arrived at the scene they quickly observed signs of impairment, but there suspicions were confirmed when they asked Sarah to exit the vehicle, which she did, albeit leaving the minivan in drive as she exited the occupied vehicle (which, I do not believe, is what John Mayer had in mind when he wrote / sang...).

Once cops got the minivan secured they noticed the 4 children - all under the age of 10 - inside, and things just got uglier and uglier for Sarah thereafter, culminating in Sarah blowing FST's - Field / Roadside Sobriety Testing - and being arrested, even though she did not blow into the breathalyzer...  and you can watch surveillance video footage of Sarah performing so poorly during field sobriety testing that she 'fell on the floor' by clicking here.

Sarah was arrested for DUI (which would be an aggravated DUI in FL because of the kids in the car, as well as potentially forming the basis of child endangerment charges and an independent DCF dependency case).

Memo to Sarah Kesterson:  Congratulations!  For your world class douche baggery you are now in contention for the cover shoot for this month's edition of...

Memo to the Folks:  When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is:  "Don't do it!  Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".  And, whatever you do (if you choose to drink and drive against my advise), then please, pretty please, DO NOT do it with children in the car!!!

Be smart{er than Sarah Kesterson}: Don't drink and drive, but, if you do, just say "NO{thing}", don't blow (in FL your 2nd subsequent refusal is a crime) and call me stat at 305-381-8686, 305-798-2220 or 1-888-SHARK-8-1.
