Sadly I don't have a picture of 51 y/o Larry Keiser of North Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, and this is about as close as I can get...
Larry was arrested in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 28, 2017 for "intentionally calling 911 for other than emergency purposes" (in FL we call this "Misuse of 911"), disorderly conduct and harassment. The first charge (Misuse of 911) is easy to figure out: Larry repeatedly dialed 911 without having any sort of objective emergency, but the other 2 charges - disorderly conduct and harassment - require a little more explanation.
At about 10:30 pm on Friday, May 27, 2017 Larry first called 911 and asked to speak with "an officer". Per PA State Police: "Keiser indicated that he had no emergency and that he just wanted to speak with a police officer" (ergo "The Lonely Guy"), at which point he was instructed not to call 911 unless he had an emergency to report.
But, just an hour later, at about 11:30 Larry dialed 911 five more times (within a 22 minute time span), each of these times without an emergency to report. Police spokespeople reportedly said that the calls "seemed to only be for the purpose of annoying the police and diverting the 911 Communications Center from performing their normal duties."
After his 6th call to 911, and in light of his refusal to stop calling emergency services, police were dispatched to Larry home, amazingly with no plan to arrest him, rather simply to more formally ask him to please, pretty please, just stop.
Responding officers observed that Larry both reeked of alcohol and slurred his words (ergo "intoxicated" / "drunk"), and he reportedly told officers that he had drank several beers because he was upset about a family situation. When asked whether Larry wanted them to call an ambulance for him he reportedly said, "f*ck no."

So, [much more] patient [than I] police responded by telling - not asking - Larry not to call 911 again unless there was an emergency, to which he reportedly replied that he wouldn't call again and that he was going to sleep. But, at 12:13 am, precisely 1 minute after the cops had his house (12:12 am), Larry made his 7th pointless call to 911, resulting is his arrest for disorderly conduct and harassment (go on, admit it, you weren't sure that I'd ever tie that up were you?).

When it comes to the subject of drinking and driving, the best advice that you are ever going to hear is: "Don't do it! Get a DD (Designated Driver), not a DUI".
