A FL Bank Customer Jams an ATM with Cocaine after Depositing a Baggie of Drugs and Cash into the Machine ~ Call Michael A. Haber, Esq. @ 1-888-SHARK-8-1

Apparently you can deposit both your cash and your cocaine, at the Suncoast Credit Union in Brandenton, Florida.

On February 17, 2017 Manatee County Deputy Sheriff's were dispatched to the bank.

The report was made after a technician, who had been called out to fix a jammed deposit mechanism in the bank's ATM machine, discovered a baggie of white powder lodged inside with some cash that had been deposited.

And, sure enough, the white substance field-tested positive for cocaine.

The technician reportedly told the Manatee County Sheriff's Deputy that he believed that the baggie had been inserted into the machine "possibly with the cash of the last person who made the deposit causing the malfunction", causing police to gather the identification of the last person who had made a cash deposit just before the ATM jammed.

To date police have not yet determined who deposited the cocaine.  I guess that A) the ATM's camera wasn't working and B) that there was no DNA.  Still, it could easily have been worse....
