Meet 18 y/o Shellby Conder of Summerfield, Florida. That's her mug shot below...
While at a Walmart in The Villages, FL, Shellby reportedly, and admittedly, drank five (5) beers off of the shelves resulting in her severe impairment...
Shellby reportedly told the manager at the Walmart store what she had done, that she was drunk and that she needed a ride home, resulting in a call to the cops and fire rescue.
And so cops and paramedics respond and, as she was being evaluated Shellby is alleged to have grabbed one of the paramedics by the testicles and gave him a good squeeze.
Shellby is also accused of resisting arrest (for theft of the beers) with violence by kicking a cop in the leg as she was being handcuffed.
Not withstanding her apology (er, her admission / confession: Shellby reportedly told officers while in the patrol car: "I'm sorry to who I hit"), Shellby was arrested and has been charged in Sumter County, FL Felony Case Number 2017-CF-19-AXMX with one count of Petit Theft, one count of Resisting Arrest with Violence, one count of Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and one count of Battery on a First Responder, and she now faces 16 years (15 in prison and 1 in jail).
Memo to Shellby Conder: Apart from advising you to stay away from the booze might I suggest one of these...
Memo to the Folks: Under F.S. 784.07 (which you can view by clicking here) it is a felony to commit what would otherwise be a simple / misdemeanor battery on a cop (a/k/a a "law enforcement officer"), an "emergency medical care provider", a firefighter a police "explorer" (a/k/a a public service aid or a cadet), a public transit employee or a "railroad special officer", and grabbing any of them by the nut-sack, without consent (some folks are into that) certainly qualifies.
Memo to the Folks continued: This MEME does not just apply to DUIs...
